Dare
to Start, Dare to Succeed: Young Entrepreneur Dzaky Zidane Inspires Grade XI
Students of MAN 2 Yogyakarta
Yogyakarta– OSIS MAN 2 Yogyakarta organized
an Entrepreneurship Workshop for Grade XI students on Thursday, 30 July 2026 as
part of its commitment to fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among young
learners. The workshop featured Dzaky Zidane, a young entrepreneur who
began his business journey while he was still in high school. Today, he
successfully manages two business ventures: 19 Summit, an outdoor gear
brand, and Kebaya 19, a fashion business specializing in modern kebaya.
During
his presentation, Dzaky emphasized that the keys to entrepreneurial success are
having the courage to take the first step and remaining consistent throughout
the journey. He shared that building 19 Summit and Kebaya 19 was
not without challenges, but perseverance, discipline, and effective time
management enabled him to balance his academic responsibilities, organizational
activities, and business operations. “Don't wait until everything is perfect
before you begin. Start with what you have, keep learning, and stay
consistent,” he encouraged the students.
The
workshop had a positive impact on the participants by enhancing their
motivation, self-confidence, and understanding of entrepreneurship. Students
learned that age is not a barrier to starting a business as long as they
possess courage, discipline, and strong time-management skills. Through this
program, MAN 2 Yogyakarta hopes to inspire more students to transform their
creative ideas into business opportunities, develop an independent mindset, and
become innovative individuals who are well prepared for future careers and
entrepreneurial endeavors.
